Course names establish context. A specific implementation, comparison or research decision gives the reader something more useful to discuss.
Evidence to surface
Your role in a capstone, assumptions behind a pricing or forecasting exercise, numerical checks, baseline selection, implementation choices and the limits of the result. Distinguish a group deliverable from individual ownership and a supplied assignment from an original extension.
A fictional example
Original: “Completed advanced derivatives and machine-learning projects.”
Available facts: implemented a Monte Carlo payoff estimate and compared convergence with a known reference under the assignment's assumptions.
Conditional revision: “Implemented a Monte Carlo payoff estimator and compared sampling error with a known reference; documented how estimates changed with the number of independent replications.”
The wording makes the method and check visible. It does not imply that an educational calculation establishes a production pricing system or trading opportunity.
Review deliverable
